Responsibilities include:

- Understanding customer needs and guiding them towards the most appropriate service.

- Interpreting customer-reported problems to inform technicians’ inspections and tasks.

- Preparing and explaining detailed service reports and cost estimates.

- Keeping customers updated on their vehicle's repair progress and expected completion time.

- Building strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.

The primary responsibility of the Service Advisor is Sales. The SA will be tasked with hitting a weekly sales goal while maintaining profitability.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.

- Basic knowledge of diesel trucks and general vehicle repair services.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong decision-making abilities.

- High-level customer service orientation with a keen ability to resolve issues.

- Valid driver's license.
